Warranty Policy:

At Bad Dog Sunglasses, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each pair of glasses is covered by our One-Year warranty. Please review the following guidelines for our warranty policy:

  1. Coverage:

    • Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages that occur under normal wear and tear.
    • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
    • Coverage begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one calendar year.

  2. Warranty Claims:

    • In the event that your glasses are damaged or broken, please contact our customer support team.
    • To process your warranty claim, we may request clear pictures or proof of the damage.

  3. Replacement Process:

    • Once your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged glasses, as well as sending you a shipping label to use free of charge (excluding international orders).
    • Upon receiving the damaged glasses, we will promptly send you a new pair at no additional cost.

  4. Non-Eligible Items:

    • Glasses that have been previously replaced under warranty are not eligible for further warranty coverage.
    • Damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or alterations are not covered under the warranty.

  5. Shipping:

    • We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement glasses.
    • International customers will have to cover shipping charges of the return, but the replacement pair will be shipped free of charge.

  6. Processing Time:

    • Once we receive the damaged glasses, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your warranty claim and send out the replacement.

  7. Warranty Exclusions:

    • Our warranty does not cover scratches on lenses, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by improper handling, cleaning, or storage.

  8. Lifetime Warranty:

    • Our lifetime warranty means that we will provide free replacements for manufacturing defects or damages for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
